Exchange and Return Policy

If you withdraw from a product, you have up to seven business days, counting from receipt, to communicate the withdrawal to Jallas Premium – as provided for in article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code. This intention must be informed by email contato@jallaspremium.com.br or telephone (11) 99916-8233

In order for the customer to be reimbursed the full value of the refused item, the merchandise must be in its original packaging, without any type of damage.

In the case of withdrawal occurring after receipt of the product(s), our Customer Service team will agree with the consumer on the best way to return the merchandise to Jallas Premium. Remembering that the reverse policy in this case will be paid by the customer and not by the company.

Exchanges can only be made if the merchandise does not comply with the order specifications. The exchange request must be made within 30 days, counting from the date of receipt of the chosen items.

It is important that, when receiving the goods, you check whether there is an error in the quantity or any other specification in relation to what was requested. In this case, you must refuse delivery and notify one of our customer service channels, and our team will proceed with the exchange process for you.

If the product has been accepted, we ask that you access one of our service channels in the same way or come to our store with the product and invoice in hand, and our team will also take care of the exchange process.
